Rogers Free Library is fortunate to be able to provide free tutoring in the Teen Space Monday – Thursday. Tutors are local subject experts in the Bristol / East Bay community. Math and science tutoring is available to middle and high school students. English / Humanities tutoring is available to elementary, middle, and high school students. The English / Humanities tutor also has considerable experience in special education and helping special-needs students.
Tutoring is provided on a drop-in basis. Students should sign up on the checklist when they arrive, and wait for their name to be called.
Tutors will be available according to the following schedule:
Math / Science Tutoring: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
English / Humanities Tutoring: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Funding for these free services in the library is provided by the State of Rhode Island’s Learn365 Program.
